At Deluxe Food, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality tea products; however, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. Customers are required to share clear images or videos as proof of the issue along with their order details. Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will proceed with a suitable solution, either a replacement or a refund.
Please note that refunds are not applicable in cases of change of mind, improper handling, or if the product has been opened or used. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method or bank transfer.
